The session rooms will be sufficiently equipped to allow for high-quality presentations.
Currency and credit cards
The currency of Senegal is the franc CFA. It is pegged to the euro, with 1 Euro equaling 655,957 FCFA. Credit cards are generally accepted in hotels and banks.

Formalities for entry in Senegal
Visitors to Senegal must possess a valid passport. Citizens of member countries of the European Union, ECOWAS countries, Israel, Japan, Taiwan, the United States, Canada, Switzerland, and some North African countries do not need a visa to enter Senegal.

Citizens of other countries must consult their local embassy, consulate, or other representative institution of Senegal to obtain a visa.

Please contact the conference secretariat to obtain documents that may facilitate the acquisition of a visa.

In exceptional cases, a local committee will be appointed to help the participant acquire a visa when he or she arrives at Dakar’s Leopold Sedar Senghor airport.
